Job Title: Content Creator & Brand Assistant (Freelance Contractor - 10/15hrs a week)

Location: Remote (LA preferred)

About Us: Girls Club is a fast-growing media company on a mission to empower female entrepreneurs and creators with tools, strategy, and community around personal branding, AI, and modern business. We’re building a brand that’s part editorial, part education, part movement.

About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, self-motivated A-player Content Creator & Brand Assistant who lives and breathes content and community. This is for someone who doesn't just get it done. They get it done better than anyone else.

You should be obsessed with digital storytelling, have high standards for design and editing, and know what it takes to grow and lead in the creator space. We’re not looking for someone to copy and paste. We’re looking for someone who wants to take the lead in making this brand iconic.

This is a part-time contractor role (10–15 hrs/week) with potential to grow into a full-time content leadership position as the brand scales.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate on content ideas and editorial calendars for Girls Club
• Lead execution of content for short-form content, email, and long-form
• Write sharp captions, schedule posts, and manage publishing
• Repurpose high-performing content across platforms
• Research trends, develop new formats, and stay ahead of the curve
• Light video editing (short-form: Reels, TikTok, stories, etc.)
• Design graphics and content assets in Canva
• Community engagement + outreach (DMs, comments, creator collabs)
• (Bonus) Support with filming if based in LA

• Are confident, fast, and design-savvy. Especially in Canva and editing tools
